How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at refunds@planmaxx.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional — helps us improve)

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is processed, your access to the paid submission package features will be revoked. Your free plan analysis and account will remain active. You are welcome to purchase again in the future.

Free Plan Analysis

Our plan analysis feature is completely free and does not require payment. There is nothing to refund for the free analysis. If you are unhappy with the analysis results, you may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 30-day period. For minor failures, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost.
